PULPS FOR MAKING WATER ICE
Concentrated fruit pulps for making excellent water ice. In the production of pulp, we mostly use Greek fruits that give excellent taste and quality to our products. Naturalness characterizes our products which are NOT CONTAINING PRESERVATIVES. Dyes, if used, are natural and absolutely permitted.
That’s the reason why it is NOT needed at the retail outlets to report any special message or consumption limitation. So it can be consumed without fear by all consumer groups and, of course, by children.

-NEUTRAL BASE:
Concentrated syrup with neutral flavour that has the ability to keep the mixture in the water ice machine in an appropriate condition. The special composition of the neutral base in combination with ESSENZA fruit purees gives a perfect, balanced result with a simple blending.
Dosage:
PREPARATION OF NEUTRAL WATER ICE IN WATER ICE MACHINE: 1 part of NEUTRAL BASE syrup – 5 parts of water
PREPARATION OF WATER ICE USING NEUTRAL WATER ICE: 300 ml NEUTRAL WATER ICE + 30 ml ESSENZA fruits puree
